Dr.
John S. Bazos
Dr. John
Bazos has earned the distinction of becoming
a Board Certified Diplomat of the American
Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He obtained
his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Temple
University School of Dentistry in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Drawn to the
love of treating children, Dr. Bazos
completed a two-year residency at St.
Christopher’s Hospital for Children also in
Philadelphia. During the hospital
residency, he was extensively trained in
clinical and emergency treatment of
children’s dental needs. This training also
included both hospital dentistry and
comprehensive sedation techniques.
Dr.
Bazos is passionate and active in the
specialty of pediatric dentistry. He is a
member of the American Dental Association,
American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry,
Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, as
well as the Florida Dental Association and
the Broward County Dental Association. Dr.
Bazos was honored to serve as the President
of the Florida Academy of Pediatric
Dentistry in 2005-2006. He is an adjunct
professor at Nova Southeastern University
School of Dentistry, teaching the clinical
aspects of the specialty of pediatric
dentistry. Dr. Bazos has been practicing
pediatric dentistry in Coral Springs since
1990.
Dr.
Bazos feels truly blessed to be able to make
a difference in the lives of numerous
children on a daily basis. He enjoys
watching his patients grow up and become
successful members of society. Dr. Bazos
has had numerous previous patients become
colleagues within the dental profession. He
enjoys calling Coral Springs his hometown,
especially being a graduate of the first
class of Coral Springs High School. Dr.
Bazos loves all water sports (especially
fishing) and football.

members are CPR certified, certified in
their job descriptions, and routinely
participate in continuing education.
